Outstation Travel & Service Policies

• Tolls, Taxes, and Parking: Unless explicitly stated in a specific package, toll charges, interstate taxes, and parking fees are extra and to be borne by the customer.
• Driver Allowance: A standard night driving allowance will be applicable for journeys where the driver is required to drive or stay overnight between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• AC Usage: The air conditioning system will be turned off while driving through steep hilly areas (ghats) to ensure the safety and optimal performance of the vehicle.
• Route Variations: The estimated fare is based on the standard route. Any significant detours or additional drop-offs requested by the customer during the trip will incur extra mileage and time charges.
